The Batch Tool extracts, searches, performs error checking, scans for viruses and converts multiple archives in a single operation. For example, to extract archives simply select the appropriate files and click a button. The archives are extracted to an individual or a common folder.
Do you want an easy way to do repetitive backups of the same data? Use BitZipper's Backup Sets. A Backup Set, or archive template, contains a list of the files and folders that are routinely backed up. Once created, activate the Backup Set with the click of a button. Your backed up files can be accessed by BitZipper or any other tool capable of reading standard ZIP files.
After installing BitZipper, you can compress, decompress and email files by right-clicking on a file or archive in Windows Explorer.
BitZipper comes with built-in support for ACE, ARC, ARJ, BH, CAB, GZ, JAR, LHA, LZH, RAR, TAR, TGZ, UUE, WAR, XXE, Z, ZIP and ZOO files. No third-party products are needed.
Version 4.1 supports strong 128- and 256-bit AES encryption which is a U.S. government (NSA) approved encryption standard. BitZipper is WinZip, WinRAR and WinACE compatible and is available in English, French, German and Danish.
